Pilates Instructor

Michelle has been teaching Pilates since 2013, helping clients build strength, mobility and body awareness through mindful movement. With over a decade of teaching experience, she combines her deep knowledge of Pilates with functional training to deliver effective and engaging mat classes designed to build strength, mobility and mind - body connection.

Michelle is a keen runner with numerous half marathons under her belt, often finishing among the top three women and credits Pilates for helping her stay injury free.

Michelle lives on the beautiful Dorset coast, where you will often find her swimming in the sea, she thrives on a challenge and brings energy, commitment and a love for movement to everything she does.

Yoga Teacher

Alice is a dedicated teacher of yoga, Pilates, and meditation with over 15 years of experience. She is deeply passionate about helping people cultivate strong bodies and calm minds, guiding them to move effortlessly and find inner peace. Drawing on her extensive expertise. Alice seamlessly integrates a variety of practices into her Hatha yoga classes, blending elements of yoga, Qigong, mudra, pranayama, and meditation.

With her warm and nurturing energy, Alice creates a deeply restorative environment that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. Her classes provide a sanctuary for releasing tension and stress, leaving you feeling calm and connected.

Alice’s teaching emphasizes mindful movement, flexibility, and precise alignment. She values building meaningful connections in her classes, empowering students to feel stronger, more mobile, and more comfortable in their bodies.

Above all, Alice’s classes are about moving with ease, feeling great, and enjoying the journey-while having a little fun along the way.
